멀티코인은 Paradigm, Sequoia, Intel Capital, DCVC, Wing, Consensys, Atomico, Coinbase Ventures, Collaborative Fund, Scalar Capital, Semantic Ventures, Pantera, Floodgate 등의 유수한 투자사와 함께 스타크웨어StarkWare에 대한 3천만 달러 규모의 시리즈 A 펀딩 투자에 참가하였습니다.
스타크웨어는 영지식 증명(ZKP)의 한 종류인 스타크 시스템(STARKs)을 상품화하였습니다. 영지식 증명과 스타크에 대해 다루기에 앞서 StarkWare 팀에 대해 설명하겠습니다.

그렇다면 왜 영지식 증명이 중요할까요?

검열에 대해 걱정할 필요 없이 세계 어디로든 송금할 수 있는 힘은 인류에게 있어 획기적인 발명이며, 보편적으로 활용 가능한 영지식 증명은 송금 외에도 많은 분야에서 활용성을 가질 것입니다.
