本日、MulticoinがGeodnet FoundationからGeodnetネットワークのネイティブトークンであるGEODを800万ドルで取得したことを発表できることを大変嬉しく思います。

物理的なAIが登場します。
『ブレードランナー2049』では、アンドロイドが経済と社会に貢献する役割を果たす存在として人間と共に暮らす世界のビジョンが描かれていました。2025年には、ロボットは人間らしさが少なくなっていますが、専門機械が現代生活のあらゆる側面に静かに浸透しています。
言語モデルは、インテリジェンスをコモディティ化し、新たな創造力を解き放ち、ナレッジワークを変革しています。 しかし、AIはテキスト、画像、動画だけではありません。 AIの進化は物理的な世界で起きており、ロボットが次のフロンティアです。

ローカリゼーション：50億ドルの問題

標準的なGNSS測位は、大気干渉やマルチパスエラーなどにより、本質的に不正確であり、その結果5～10メートルの誤差が生じています。 RTKは、衛星信号を既知の場所と比較し、リアルタイムで補正データを送信する固定基地局を使用して、この問題を解決しています。 この方法は、物理的なAIアプリケーションにとって鍵となるセンチメートルレベルの精度を実現しています。主要なロボットおよび自動化企業の大半は、RTKをシステムに統合しています。高精度ドローン向けのDJI、自動運転トラクター向けのJohn Deere、自動運転車向けのTesla、そして産業検査ロボット向けのBoston Dynamicsなどです。

現在のRTKの問題点はコストです。 RTK基地局の構築と維持は資本集約型であり、ハードウェア、サイト取得、保守などに多大な投資を必要とします。 Trimble、Hexagon、Topconなどの従来のプロバイダーは、これらの基地局を自ら設定し、追跡対象のデバイス1台につき数千ドルを顧客に請求し、アクセスや導入スピードが制限されている状況です。 カバレッジは収益性の高い地域に集中していることが多く、高精度の測位がまだ利用できない場所にギャップが残っています。
DePINによるコスト構造の反転
当社は、トークン型のインセンティブ付きの貢献者が所有するDePINが、グローバルでハードウェアに依存するネットワークのコスト構造を構造的に反転させる仕組みについて、広範に渡って記事を執筆してきました。 世界最大の精密測位ネットワークであるGeodnetは、これらの原則を活用して、独立事業者がRTK基地局を設置し、トークン報酬と引き換えに補正データを提供するようインセンティブを付与しています。
